Implementation
Mestarit Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy decided to contact us because the staffing service wanted to increase the number of their temporary workers and promote their business without unnecessary delay.
We immediately set out to revamp the brand image and create a strong employer brand, which allowed us to reposition the company and communicate to potential customers about the personality, values, and purpose of Mestareiden. By sharpening the communication, we were able to create the desired image and help the personnel service recruit the right people for the right tasks quickly in the future as well.
Since a strategically designed website is the core of sales and customer acquisition, we built the new Mestareiden site to fully serve the recruitment objective. We also focused on creating a structure for the site that is as user-friendly and visitor-guiding as possible. Additionally, we installed interactive bots that encourage both job seekers and companies in need of temporary workforce to leave their contact information easily and effortlessly.
To ensure the website appeared at the top of search engine results and was as agile as possible to use, we performed comprehensive search engine optimization and speed optimization, and ensured that the site functions flawlessly on mobile as well. Finally, we produced content for some recruitment pages in collaboration with the staffing service, and began implementing effective advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Results
In just the first two months, we managed to acquire a total of 240 job applications for the Masters, which far exceeds the goals we set together.
We reached interested people through successful Facebook and Instagram ads (128 applicants), interactive bots installed on the website (67 applicants), and high-quality search engine advertising (81 applicants). The social media ads we created alone reached over 350,000 people in total.

In addition, the new site appears high in search engine organic results, which means that potential customers find Mestarit daily even without paid advertising.
Thanks to our comprehensive marketing efforts, Mestarit has been able to accelerate its recruitment, improve its competitiveness in the market, and significantly grow its business in a short period of time. Currently, the staffing service has 160 temporary workers in the field, and the company's turnover exceeds 8 million euros.
Our collaboration with Mestareiden is currently continuing with search engine optimization and digital advertising, through which we aim to further increase brand awareness and ensure that people apply for open positions whenever they are available.
