Mähöne is a Finnish underwear company whose goal is to manufacture the world's best underwear.
Mähöne Brothers has quality and passion for their field, but the old online store seemed outdated. Additionally, it was difficult to start developing and expanding the online store.
Mähöne had tried to acquire a new online store from elsewhere earlier, but the project did not progress according to the agreed schedule. When we started the collaboration, we began implementing the renewal without delay.
Implementation
We were contacted by Mähöne Brothers when their old online store seemed to have become outdated. Since the previous e-commerce platform was very limited, it was challenging to start developing the current online store.
Half a year earlier, Mähöne had ordered an entirely new online store from another provider. Since the other provider had not started the project after six months, Mähöne turned to us. We began the process by reviewing the issues of the existing online store and the goals of the renewal together with Mähöne.
When we started the collaboration, the first thing we did was build a bilingual online store for Mähönen and added integrations to various advertising platforms. We completed the project quickly, in just over two weeks. Mähönen was very satisfied with the service received.
Results
Our goal to renew and improve the online store was successful, as the store's sales have been on an upward trend. The conversion rate of Mähönen's online store has increased from 1.5% to 3%.
