Background

Kello ja Kulta Jokinen is a Finnish family business founded in 1932. It serves customers through five stores with a team that includes in-house goldsmiths and watchmakers. The ecommerce operation needed to reflect the premium brand and connect cleanly with Maestro ERP.

Challenge

The previous store did not match the brand’s positioning. Online orders were entered into the ERP manually, while inventory across ecommerce and physical locations was not synchronised. The technical SEO foundation also limited organic visibility.

Delivery

We built a premium Shopify experience that communicates the company’s heritage and customer promises. A bidirectional Maestro interface transfers paid orders with discounts, delivery fees and payment information, and synchronises inventory across locations. Structured data and performance work strengthened the technical SEO implementation.

Impact

Order processing no longer depends on manual re-entry, store inventory is visible online and teams can focus on service instead of repetitive administration. The storefront now supports both the brand’s established reputation and continued digital growth.

Highly professional and friendly service. The project stayed on schedule and the result was exactly what we wanted.
