Shopify integration agency

Commerce data that moves reliably

We design and build integrations between Shopify and the systems that run products, pricing, inventory, orders, finance and fulfilment. Every interface has an owner, a contract, failure handling and a way to see when something goes wrong.

An integration is an operational product, not a one-off data transfer.

01

One source of truth per data domain

Products, prices, stock, customers and orders need named owners before systems can exchange them safely.

02

Interfaces designed for failure

Retries, validation, alerts and reconciliation are part of the design because upstream systems and networks do fail.

03

Business rules stay visible

Transformations and exceptions are documented so the integration does not become an opaque layer only one developer understands.

04

Change is expected

Versioning, environments and monitoring make supplier updates and new commercial requirements safer to introduce.

Our approach

From process map to a monitored integration

01

Process and
data mapping

Business events, systems, owners, volumes and required timing.

02

Source of truth
and contracts

Fields, identifiers, validation, direction and transformation rules.

03

Architecture
and failure modes

APIs, queues, retries, idempotency, alerts and reconciliation.

04

Build and
automated tests

Implementation against sandbox or test environments where available.

05

Monitoring
and runbooks

Operational visibility and clear action when a data flow fails.

06

Release and
ownership

Controlled activation, validation and documented responsibilities.

Scope and deliverables

A delivery model built for clarity

We scope integrations from actual data and API evidence. Feasibility depends on source-system access, supported interfaces, data quality and supplier cooperation.

Who it is for

Built around the way your business actually works

For commerce businesses where disconnected systems create manual work, stale information or unreliable customer promises.

01 · ERP

Orders, stock and financial operations

Connect Shopify to Business Central, NetSuite, Visma, Odoo or another supported ERP environment.

02 · PIM

Product information at scale

Synchronise structured product content, attributes, translations and media ownership.

03 · Fulfilment

WMS and logistics workflows

Move orders, fulfilment status, tracking and availability between operational systems.

04 · Custom stack

Specialist and proprietary systems

Build against documented interfaces when an off-the-shelf connector does not match the process.

Commercial value

What a strong implementation changes

Reliable integrations let customers see accurate information and let teams operate without repeatedly correcting system gaps.

01

Less duplicate work

Structured automation removes avoidable rekeying and the delays that come with it.

02

More accurate customer promises

Stock, price, order and fulfilment information can reflect the agreed system of record.

03

Observable operations

Teams can see failed or delayed flows instead of learning about them from a customer.

04

A safer path to change

Documented contracts and ownership reduce the risk of future platform and supplier updates.

Trust is built by what happens after launch.

Working with Growly has been exceptionally smooth from the start. The team is agile, responds quickly and is available when help is needed. What we value most is that Growly does not view every question purely through code. They understand the commercial side of ecommerce and propose solutions that genuinely support sales and growth. Their technical expertise spans Shopify development, SEO and the wider commerce stack. Work that had taken our previous partner months was resolved by Santeri within hours after a few WhatsApp messages. I warmly recommend Growly. They approach our business with genuine commitment and strong professional expertise.

We gave three Shopify agencies access and asked each for an assessment. Growly was by far the fastest to respond. We commissioned a new SEO-optimised store and the entire project was completed in five weeks. Organic visibility is developing very well. A strong recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

Questions, answered

We commonly work with ERP, PIM, WMS, payment, logistics and marketing systems. Examples include Business Central, NetSuite, Visma, Odoo, Akeneo and Plytix. Feasibility is always verified against the exact product, version, API access and data requirements.

Yes. A custom integration is appropriate when supported interfaces exist but an off-the-shelf connector does not cover the required business rules, reliability or data ownership.

They can, but real time is not automatically the best or available model. We choose event-driven, near-real-time or scheduled synchronisation according to API support, volumes, operational risk and cost.

The design can include validation, idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, alerts and reconciliation. The exact controls depend on the importance and recoverability of each flow.

Ownership is agreed in the project. We recommend client-controlled accounts and documented access, with clear responsibility for source systems, middleware, Shopify and operational monitoring.

Yes, after an audit of the implementation, code access, infrastructure, documentation, credentials and current failure patterns.
