One source of truth per data domain
Products, prices, stock, customers and orders need named owners before systems can exchange them safely.
We design and build integrations between Shopify and the systems that run products, pricing, inventory, orders, finance and fulfilment. Every interface has an owner, a contract, failure handling and a way to see when something goes wrong.

Products, prices, stock, customers and orders need named owners before systems can exchange them safely.
Retries, validation, alerts and reconciliation are part of the design because upstream systems and networks do fail.
Transformations and exceptions are documented so the integration does not become an opaque layer only one developer understands.
Versioning, environments and monitoring make supplier updates and new commercial requirements safer to introduce.
Business events, systems, owners, volumes and required timing.
Fields, identifiers, validation, direction and transformation rules.
APIs, queues, retries, idempotency, alerts and reconciliation.
Implementation against sandbox or test environments where available.
Operational visibility and clear action when a data flow fails.
Controlled activation, validation and documented responsibilities.
We scope integrations from actual data and API evidence. Feasibility depends on source-system access, supported interfaces, data quality and supplier cooperation.
The events and decisions the integration must support, not only the fields being transferred.
Identifiers, schemas, validation, transformations, timing and ownership.
Direct API, middleware, event or scheduled patterns selected for the actual reliability need.
Happy paths, edge cases, duplicates, failures and recovery verified before release.
Useful signals for missing, delayed or rejected data and clear operational escalation.
Data flows, credentials ownership, runbooks and responsibilities kept understandable.
For commerce businesses where disconnected systems create manual work, stale information or unreliable customer promises.
Connect Shopify to Business Central, NetSuite, Visma, Odoo or another supported ERP environment.
Synchronise structured product content, attributes, translations and media ownership.
Move orders, fulfilment status, tracking and availability between operational systems.
Build against documented interfaces when an off-the-shelf connector does not match the process.
Reliable integrations let customers see accurate information and let teams operate without repeatedly correcting system gaps.
Structured automation removes avoidable rekeying and the delays that come with it.
Stock, price, order and fulfilment information can reflect the agreed system of record.
Teams can see failed or delayed flows instead of learning about them from a customer.
Documented contracts and ownership reduce the risk of future platform and supplier updates.
Growly understands both the Shopify storefront and the operational systems behind it. We translate commercial workflows into integration contracts that developers and business owners can evaluate together.
We understand how integration decisions affect merchandising, checkout, customer service and fulfilment.
Capabilities and limitations are verified against the systems involved before promises are made.
Failure handling, retries, monitoring and reconciliation are considered part of delivery.
We can support and evolve the integration as systems, volumes and business rules change.

Yes. A custom integration is appropriate when supported interfaces exist but an off-the-shelf connector does not cover the required business rules, reliability or data ownership.
They can, but real time is not automatically the best or available model. We choose event-driven, near-real-time or scheduled synchronisation according to API support, volumes, operational risk and cost.
The design can include validation, idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, alerts and reconciliation. The exact controls depend on the importance and recoverability of each flow.
Ownership is agreed in the project. We recommend client-controlled accounts and documented access, with clear responsibility for source systems, middleware, Shopify and operational monitoring.
Yes, after an audit of the implementation, code access, infrastructure, documentation, credentials and current failure patterns.
