FitWood, Shopify commerce implementation
Nordic design, wellbeing and B2B

FitWood

FitWood moved from WooCommerce to Shopify and introduced separate consumer and B2B buying experiences within one more stable commerce ecosystem.

buying experiences for DTC and B2B customers

Background

FitWood creates Nordic exercise products designed to fit naturally into the home. Its customers include both consumers and business buyers, so the commerce platform has to support different journeys without compromising the brand experience.

Challenge

The WooCommerce implementation had become fragile: small changes could trigger unrelated technical issues, content updates were cumbersome and the customer experience no longer matched a growing international brand.

Delivery

We migrated the required data and built a new Shopify storefront for consumer commerce. A dedicated B2B portal provides authenticated purchasing, customer-specific pricing and a clearer ordering workflow for professional buyers.

Impact

DTC and B2B now operate in one more manageable ecosystem. The internal team can update content without navigating a fragile technical stack, and the platform provides a controlled foundation for continued international development.
