Migration and platform exchange

If a customer's existing online store is running on a platform other than Shopify, GGE® requires the platform to be migrated to Shopify. The migration is carried out as part of the GGE Build phase and includes the necessary technical measures, the transfer of content and data, and the deployment of the platform. Migration is always assessed individually on the basis of the current situation and is included in the initial fee.

Our operating model

The GGE® program is customizable, but the core elements remain included so that growth is measurable and controlled.

01

All collaborations begin with a baseline analysis to determine the client's business objectives, technical environment and marketing potential.

02

Based on this analysis, an individual GGE plan is built. GGE is designed to be a partnership model of at least 12 months, so that development and growth can be carried out in a controlled and efficient manner.

03

Based on a personalized plan, we revamp or build an online store for Shopify ready for growth: carefully executed structure, integrations, and technical readiness.

04

After the launch of the online store, continuous development and implementation of data-driven marketing will start. We take care of the support service, development work and marketing of the online store according to a jointly agreed model.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does GGE require a 12-month contract?

Growth requires time and constant development. Short projects do not allow for systematic optimization and best results, which is why GGE is built as a long-term partnership.

Can the monthly package be customized during the contract?

Yes it can. The service package can be scaled up or down flexibly as needs change, for example by adding development hours or new marketing measures.

What happens first when we start working together?

It all starts with a baseline analysis to determine the business objectives, the technical environment and marketing opportunities. Based on this, an individual plan is built.

Is eCommerce Implementation (Build) included in GGE?

Yes. The BUILD phase is a separate one-time project that is carried out before continuous development and marketing. If the online store requires an overhaul, the BUILD phase starts first and then the actual continuous development based on GGE's monthly model begins. If your store is already in good shape in Shopify, we can start right away with continuous development. Monthly invoicing starts only after the BUILD phase is complete.

Can development lessons also be used for marketing?

Development hours are for technical and functional development, but in the Growth phase, marketing measures are part of the whole, we can build just the right combination of both.

How quickly do we get started?

The audit can be started immediately and the BUILD phase typically takes between 5 and 12 weeks. After that, ongoing cooperation will continue in accordance with the selected GGE package.
